There is NO pipe and draping.
You are welcome to use banners to create your own space.
You are welcome to bring tables and chairs from home.

RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT YOU ARE ON THE VENDOR'S LIST DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR SPACE WILL BE RESERVED FOR YOU IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE. MUST PAY IN ADVANCE TO GUARANTEED YOUR SPACE!!

Vendor Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
We carefully vet vendors for quality.
You will receive a formal confirmation email notifying you of approval.
Once approved, you're automatically added to the vendor list.
Payment is required to fully secure your reservation.
Pay the invoice in full to complete your reservation.
By submitting this form, you agree to be added to the vendor's list upon approval.
By attending the event, you agree to all rules, guidelines, terms & conditions.
It is fully the vendor's responsibility to research and to follow all city and state laws.
To avoid penalty fees, approved vendors must cancel before the cancellation date.
There are no refunds. There are no credits, reservations are non-transferrable.
Booth Space Includes:
Table & space, electricity access, seating, 2 people per booth (each additional person must pay general admission)
Check HERE to make sure you have Friday set-up.
Saturday access 7:00am and Sunday access 8:00am.
Must complete set-up before 9:00am.
Doors open to the public at 9:00am for VIP admission
Vendors must check-in at the front lobby for placement upon arrival.
We will assist you with any needs you might have.
Any vendor who cancels within 3 weeks of the show date will not receive a refund.
Vendors will be required to pay the full amount of rental fees for that event date.
As a courtesy to waitlist vendors and attendees, please advise any potential cancellations to us before the 2 week deadline.
Any cancellations made via phone, text, verbally, through facebook or instagram will not be accepted.
All cancellations MUST be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A "No show" is someone who is committed to vend an event and does not provide notice that they will not be attending the event.
Please keep waitlist vendors and attendees who are excited to see you in mind before NOT showing up to an event.
Any vendor that "No Shows" will NOT receive a refund and will be subject to a fee in total tables that the vendor committed to.
Early Break-Down Policy
Vendors are required to stay completely set-up throughout the entire event. Breaking down early could cost vendors sales and a sideways impression to future customers. Any vendor that breaks down early is subject to fees.
There are no refunds at all for any reason.
